If your account is past due and subject to disconnection for non-payment or has already been disconnected, please call (256) 423-6161 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
If your service is cutoff, online payment is not an option. Late fee's may be pending on payments made by the 16th or later.
New Option - Auto Pay thru credit/debit cards. These will be debited from your account on the 8th of each month or the next business day if the 8th falls on a weekend or holiday. Sign up or any changes to this auto pay option will be the customer's responsibility.
